Here is a case where, in the first image you can see that the tooth in the centre of the image, has a rounded contour to the right as you look at it. This was changed by replacing the crown, as in the second image. Now the upper teeth has a more balanced appearance with the dark triangle smaller. It might seem like a very small change, but aesthetically it makes a very noticeable difference.
