Today we improved the aesthetic appearance for this patient with small fillings that was created by excessive brush action. The traumatic action of scrubbing over years created these lesions. Patient due for orthodontic treatment, so we opted for cheaper fillings to cover the lesions before orthodontic treatment. If needed, they can be done more permanent with veneers after ortho.
